Free Research service

We are keen to search for sites relevant to topics or issues your students require information. Send to us via e-mail a list of specific topics that we can research for you or download and complete the proforma. We will endeavour to accommodate as many of your requests as possible in WebLinks Online and LinksPlus. Right click here and then choose "save". Feel free to print copies.

 Free Research Service Use Policy

The free research service offered to subscribers is our way of trying to ensure that WebLinks meets the needs of a large number of students, teachers and teacher-librarians and that we provide resources to support the national curriculum topics.

Although the LinksPlus-WebLinks database is a quality assured database of resources for student use, the free research service is not intended to be an individual research project help service. Instead, it is intended to improve the relevance of our database for all students studying the national curriculum. Students undertaking individual research projects/assignments should seek guidance from their teachers if having research difficulties. Free research requests should be sent via the teacher or teacher-librarian, and should be specifically related to national curriculum topics rather than individual student (teacher assessed) projects.
